Lake Gregory is the swim day the private lake next door won't give you: a real sand beach on a mountain lake at 4,500 ft, with lifeguards, a splash pad, waterslides, and a floating inflatable waterpark. The $17 general pass covers the beach and splash pad; the $32 all-access pass adds the waterslides and the inflatable waterpark. Note that the all-access pass does not include parking — that's paid separately at the lot.
Beyond the beach, the park has year-round fishing (it's a stocked trout lake), boat and paddleboard rentals, and a flat, popular walking loop around the water.
Parking reality
Three lots serve the park — Lot A (North Shore), Lot B (South Beach), and Lot C (San Moritz Lodge) — all paid through ParkMobile kiosks or the app: $2 for the first hour, $1 each additional hour, $10 daily max, $99 annual pass. Vehicles with Disabled Veteran plates park free.
On hot July and August weekends the lot closest to the swim beach fills first, typically by late morning; the other lots usually have space and are a short walk around the lake. See our Lake Gregory parking guide for details.
